Daifuku Making at Membina

Ingredient: alot of sweat and effort + little help of youtube cooking guide
Fresh berries.. they smell so sweet
Cant get azuki (red bean) paste, so we are making our own red bean paste
After hours of continuous boiling and stirring
Chestnut paste... We mash the chestnut, add teaspoonful of olive oil and some sugar syrup.
Roll them into chestnut ball..
Green tea mochi mix before microwaving..
After 2 mins of microwave, we still have to stir it and microwave for another 30sec to 1min
Some starch as base

The way i cut it makes the mochi turn out ugly Ha!
